Gardening in the Park

WHEN: the first and third Saturday of every month April through November     

                  (no meeting in August)

TIME:     9 am - noon

We are always eager to have volunteers join us in maintaining the vibrancy and beauty of the gardens at The Common Ground. Volunteer gardeners meet at the park for hands-on learning.-- tools and gloves are provided.

We follow the cycles of the garden and use organic methods, identify insects, and answer horticulture questions -- all while enjoying each other’s company and doing our part to beautify our community. ‘Non-gardening’ activities are available for those who prefer to stay out of the soil.
